Are you a professional brewer, home brewer or just want to dive into the world of brewing? Our brewing course is designed to please each of you! Within two or four weeks, you can both improve your skills and acquire new ones. This brewing course is truly unique, because you will not only listen to theoretical lessons, but also directly participate in all the production processes of a traditional Czech brewery (in the process of learning, students brew beer in two breweries - a commercial volume of 4,000 liters and an experimental volume of 25 liters). You will find out what raw materials are used for the production of classic Czech beer, and you will discover all the secrets of the decoction mashing, thanks to which Czech lagers are the best in the world.

This course is specifically designed for beer enthusiasts and amateurs. In one day you will get information about brewing materials; technologies and trends; become a skilled beer-taster, helping you spot defects, and find out how to taste beer professionally.

This course lasts 2 days and will include: 2 days of immersion in the brewing process, the chance to brew some beer, the art of sensory beer-tasting, regional beer characteristics and the basics of combining food with beer.

Become a skilled beer taster! In 6 hours you will learn: the main points of sensory beer tasting, to judge beer competitions, to evaluate the relevance of beer taste and style and to define beer defects.

Understand beer, as a drink to accompany food. Find out which one goes with a main course, an appetizer, cheeses and desserts. The certificate "Beer Sommerlier" shows that you are a real beer professional.

This course is designed for amateurs who want to study homebrewing. Our theoretical and practical lectures are devoted to the chemical and physical nuances of beer brewing. It includes hands-on information about the chemistry of brewing, and how malt becomes beer. The practical part of the course details how to brew using special German equipment.

The course "General basics of matching beer with food" is designed to introduce the science of combining beer and food – meat, cheese, desserts and snacks. It consists of a small theoretical part and the proposed practical options for specific samples of beer and snacks.
